Frequently Asked Questions
Are these two different rosters for each tournament?
No, this is an invite-only tournament team with a maximum of 20 girls for the entire summer.
We’re keeping one roster so we can build a true team culture, develop chemistry, and dedicate all of our time and energy to helping these 20 players grow, compete, and get seen at the highest level.
How can you help players with their mind and body when it’s just two tournaments?
Great question and it’s exactly why we partnered with CleanFuel System.
CleanFuel is a completely virtual high-performance program designed to help our girls grow as players and as people all summer long. Through this partnership, athletes gain access to a system built around nutrition, recovery, and mindset. The three pillars that separate good players from elite ones.
Even though we only compete in two tournaments, our girls stay connected, supported, and developing off the ice every week. This allows us to build the complete hockey player through the mind, body, and lifestyle so when they step on the ice, they have a true edge over the competition.
