Our program was created to help girls not only advance in hockey but also gain the tools to thrive in life. We teach players how to fuel their bodies, strengthen their minds, and bring their best selves to the rink every day.
We don’t just want great athletes we want confident, grounded, and self-driven young women who know how to take care of themselves, support others, and lead with purpose.
Our Philosophy

Through this balance, we help players understand how to take control of their health, mindset, and habits both on and off the ice.
